Privacy Policy

This template describes how DevSpark handles personal data. Replace it with your own reviewed policy before going live.

Last updated: 20 August 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect the information you provide directly — name, email address, phone number, company and project details submitted through our contact form or the client portal. We also collect limited technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

2. How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, operate the client portal, and send project updates. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers acting on our instructions.

3. Client portal data

Client portal accounts are scoped so each client can only access their own projects, files, payments and messages. Access is enforced on the server for every request, not only in the browser.

4. Data retention

Project records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

5. Security

Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. Sessions use signed, http-only cookies. Access to production systems is limited to named team members.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to hello@devspark.io.

7. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@devspark.io.
